The National Development Finance Agency (Amendment) Bill 2006 has passed all stages in the Seanad and Dáil (3rd April 2007)and has been signed by the President.

10 April 2007: The Bill has been signed by the President and now becomes the National Development Finance Agency (Amendment) Act 2007. It is Act No 16 of 2007.
3 April 2007: Report and Final Stage was passed. Bill has now passed all stages in the Seanad and Dáil. read latest debate here and here. The Bill is now awaiting signature by the President.
1 March 2007: Committee Stage was completed in the Dáil. The full debate can be read here.

21 November 2006: The Minister for Finance, Mr Brian Cowen, T.D., announced the publication of detailed legislation to place the Centre of Expertise for Public Private Partnership (PPP) procurement, already established in the National Development Finance Agency (NDFA), on a statutory footing.
